We do not sell or share personal or student data with third parties, except:

  • With authorized specialists or therapists working directly with your child

Hold Harmless Agreement

By using this website and/or enrolling your child at Inspire Academy or participating in any related program or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You understand the nature of our educational programs and services, including those tailored to special education needs.

  • You agree to hold harmless and release Inspire Academy, its administrators, staff, educators, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or lawsuits arising out of or in connection with your child’s participation in our school or school-related activities.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, emotional responses, educational outcomes, or decisions made in good faith by staff as part of providing care and educational services.

  • This agreement applies to any and all claims, known or unknown, unless arising from gross negligence or unlawful actions by the school or its employees.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect upon posting. Continued use of school services constitutes agreement to the updated policy.
